The PDL S Series is a thermoplastic elastomer based compound made of different types of high quality polymers combined with Process Oil specifically selected to achieve the best results in the final product.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Recycling Polyolephines Production

HDPE, Pipe, Hose Production

Increases flexibility and helps to use more recycled PE. PDL S also helps to load more fillers into the pipe without compromising the impact characteristics. 3-8%.

Colorful MB Production

Higher loading rate for pigments, better dispersion quality. 3-7% PE carrier loading.

PP and PE Compound

Process aids, energy consumption, increase efficiency.

PP Impact Modification

The addition of PDL S to PPH may lead to PPC-like properties, and one can produce a cost-effective solution by adding 10-20% PDL S to its PPC.
